This position ensures continuity and quality oversight with the delivery of service to our customers, their employees and family members for BOT, EAP, SAP and related products.  Assists in the supervision and coordination of the clinicians and case workers.  Serves in a leadership role and is a subject matter expert for designated products and services for existing and new business implementations. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in monitoring the quality of direct service offerings
  • Assists in the supervision of clinical and/or admin staff
  • Member of the QA committee for outcomes/evaluation/policy and procedures/documentation/case audits/program measures/training, etc…
  • Complete High Risk consultations with Human Resources and Employee Relations representatives of client companies
  • Coordination of orientation and trainings
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for related products serviced
  • Collaborate with Sr. Clinical Manager on implementation of new business and expanded products
Position Requirements


  • Masters level in Behavioral health or related field and state licensure at the LGSW-level minimum.
  • SAP and CEAP certified or eligible (if eligible, required to obtain within the first 6 months of service).


  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in EAP, mental health and/or substance abuse setting, 3 years in mental health or substance abuse.  Call center experience preferred.


  • Ability to manage a team of direct reports.
  • Ability to implement new accounts, products and services.
  • Knowledge of EAP, substance abuse and other related service theories/practice.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, self-motivate, and effectively manage work schedule.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel applications and other software needed to complete daily duties.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people (employees, human resource representatives and upper management).
  • Knowledge of related regulatory and legal requirements.
  • This position may supervise other clinical and non-clinical staff as warranted.
  • Supervision may involve administrative functions, performance management and those affiliated with case specific requirements.

Physical Requirements: Will require sitting for a period of time throughout the day

Supervisory Responsibilities: Can include supervision of  direct reports, requires hiring/firing, approving time worked; deciding performance rating; deciding pay increases, disciplining; and resolving complaints/issues.

Working Environment: Office Environment (home based)

Travel Requirements: Annual to bi-annual travel may be required
