An alternate work arrangment is available for this position.   Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related discipline (i.e. Psychology etc.) A minimum three years related experience required. Counseling, crisis prevention and intervention experience. Demonstrated time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with individuals having serious mental illness is essential.
