Share Email Opening Title Behavioral Assistant PFC  Description We are looking for per diem Behavioral Assistants for our Partnership For Children program.    Job Summary: You will provide in-home behavioral assistance to youth up to age 21 seeking services after school/work hours. Per Diem Position $25.00/hr. Behavioral Assistants   What You Will Do:  Provide face-to-face interventions to reduce undesirable behaviors and assist youth in building appropriate behaviors. Provides in-community services to families with children and adolescents to reduce the risk of out-of-home placement and improves family relationships.  Provide direct care for children and families. Prepare appropriate documentation such as session notes and service encounter forms. Consistent communication with referral sources and the care team. Understand the principles and application of applied behavioral analysis and behavioral modification. Participate in paid weekly supervision.   What We Need to See: High School Degree, pursuing an AA or BA in psychology, social work, counseling or education. Bachelor's Degree preferred At least 1-year experience working with children/adolescents Ability to take on a minimum caseload of 3 youth Possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable under Agency's automobile insurance policy.
