Our team is focused on Core Values - connected, inquisitive, accountable, authentic - that motivate us to do great work and Inspire Direct Results.   Description     ***Hybrid Work Environment***   Our Opportunity  DMW is a growing full-service direct response advertising agency seeking an Account Manager to help drive success for our current clients and support new business efforts!   What You'll Be Doing Supports Account Director/Account Supervisor with managing, directing, servicing, and growing assigned accounts to meet clients’ strategic objectives. Develops creative briefs outlining marketing strategies, objectives, and product/service positioning. Defines target audience, creative positioning, and media channels as needed - Direct Mail, Print, Interactive, Broadcast and OOH. Manages the day-to-day workflow of accounts; oversees the full life-cycle of projects by leading internal teams. Manages the budget associated with each assigned client.  Assists in identifying marketing opportunities for clients to expand current business.  Trains and mentors junior level colleagues. Assumes additional responsibilities as required.   Position Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree from a four (4) year college or university. Minimum seven (7) years related experience. Agency and direct marketing experience required.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
