JOB SUMMARY: This position is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and supports the US Army. This role receives inbound calls and emails to troubleshoot issues that deployed soldiers are experiencing with BFT (Blue Force Tracker). SHIFTS: 1st:Shift 6am-2pm; 2nd:Shift 2pm-10pm; 3rd Shift: 10pm-6am. Shifts rotate quarterly. Position will require work on nights, weekends, and holidays.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
HOURLY PAY: $15.00 - $25.00/Hour
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: General Help Desk knowledge. Must be able to work a rotating shift (1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts). Ability to work with people via email or telephone and calmly extract knowledge of the issue to determine real root of problem. Very outgoing personality, must work well in a hardworking and busy team environment. Must be able to work with a very diverse team. Cisco skill set is preferred.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Security+ certification or higher is preferred.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret.
