JOB SUMMARY:

The Inside Sales Manager will lead and manage an Inside Sales team and will be responsible for the entire sales administration process and sales metrics for Northern California. The role of the Inside Sales team is to guide potential VinFast US clients through the sales and purchase experience, moving them from prospects to VinFast vehicle owners. The VinFast US Inside Sales team supports the sale of new VinFast vehicles, by educating clients about the benefits of electric vehicle ownership, the VinFast US brand and the company’s products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Day-to-day management of the Inside Sales team to ensure achievement of delivery, exceptional client service, and other brand KPIs
  • Actively manage the pipeline of prospects and leads to convert opportunities into deliveries
  • Monitor, analyze and report on employee productivity against targets for KPIs tied to overall sales and company performance
  • Develop and grow a team of Inside Sales advisors
  • Train and mentor new team members and conduct performance reviews
  • Collaborate with other functions and areas of the business to ensure a seamless client sales experience and remove friction points
  • Explore opportunities for continuous improvement of the sales and purchase experience for VinFast clients
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive work experience in client service or sales
  • Experience managing a customer contact center with inbound and outbound communications
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline in various CRM applications and lead management software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and management skills
  • High levels of attention to detail and organization
  • Strong analytics experience
  • Ability to apply for an obtain a DMV salesperson’s license (VinFast US will provide guidance and cover licensing fee)
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools and software (MS Office Suite, Salesforce, CRM applications)
  • Automotive experience a plus
