As a Manager of the Inside Sales team, you will expand on your past success of building and developing a passionate team of account executives in the $20 billion Human Capital Management industry. What are the general responsibilities of the position?

  • Coach, motivate, and manage a team of Inside Sales Account Executives to improve individual results/quota and surpass overall team quota goals in the only workforce driven HCM company in the time industry.
  • Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiencies with processes, sales methodology, tools, product offerings, and employee development.
  • Use Salesforce to develop regular tracking & reporting of key performance metrics and translate these metrics into implications and recommendations.
  • Monitor success outcomes from each team member through fun and creative programs that motivate and drive success within the team.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Client Success, Professional Services, etc., to deliver an unsurpassed client experience.
  • Attract, hire and onboard hard working creative problem solvers, who are mission driven and passionate.
  • Execute the use of best in breed sales technology to help your team win.
 
Position Requirements

What are we looking for in a candidate?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience, including building an inside sales team
  • 3-5 years of on-quota direct B2B inside sales experience, HCM preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results
  • Highly skilled in consultative, solution selling sales approach
  • Passionate about building, training and educating sales professionals for greater success
  • Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative and ever-changing environments
  • Salesforce experience required
