The Ascentis Customer Success team is made up of driven sales professionals who came to Ascentis because they wanted something different than the big box experience. As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will be a key member of the team and your primary responsibility is to drive growth, retention, and engagement in our well-established client base. The Associate CSM position is built in the one-to-many client management approach. Ultimately, your goal is to improve customer loyalty, reduce churn and uncover untapped upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Centered around our cultural norms, you will collaborate across the organization to create an unsurpassed Ascentis experience for our clients.
