Sales Execution Coordinator - Mancini Beverage 



Manage the business cycle process for the organization. Work closely with all departments to ensure proper tracking and measurement of all Company objectives while coordinating compensation plans and managing comprehensive training programs for sales departments. Responsible for understanding and abiding by all Federal and State (ABC / BATF) laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages. Demonstrate the Company's mission, vision, and values in all responsibilities.

Core Job Functions:

  • Track and measure KPIs including ABI volume targets, Activate, WJBP, sales reports management, and account level planning
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and High End Brand Manager to complete sales forecasting and inventory management including new product forecasting, seasonal craft forecasting, and monitoring all SKU inventory management.
  • Coordinate compensation plan for sales department to ensure goal attainment with programs including monthly impact, SRI, and other company incentives and WEA / AOE compliance.
  • Work with IT Department to ensure efficient use of technology and training is provided for Mobility 360 Platform, Drop Box, and Survey tools for sales department.
  • Manage the company's Social Media presence
  • Maintain accurate records and track spending/budgets for sales and marketing activities for all suppliers
  • Track and complete supplier bill backs for sales and marketing activities
  • Oversee Shelf Space Planning accuracy and compliance
  • Responsible for any other tasks deemed necessary by management and any specific projects including but not limited to: WEA, AOE, time to sell, and specialized training

  • Strategic foresight and ability to see big picture and propose opportunities for volume growth
Position Requirements
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years wholesale experience
  • Prior industry and management experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills including ability to give effective formal presentations
