Qualifications and Competencies:
- Must be reliable and responsible
- Must have patience communicating with people from other cultures
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must be personable and willing to work with others; team oriented
- Must have a clean driving record and able to safely operate a 14 passenger bus
Supervisory Responsibility:
This has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does coordinate logistical aspects of lodging and transportation for a group of 20 or more international employees.
Work Environment:
This job operates primarily in a professional office environment, in a bus, and on lodging premises. Ability to drive a company vehicle is essential. Occasional work outdoors (any time of year) is likely throughout the base of operations or on lodging property.
Physical Demands:
The ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle and the ability to move around the lodging location in all types of weather is essential.
Additional:
May be required to pick up arriving employees, transport departing employees, and provide transport for any medical situations as needed.
