MedData has an excellent career opportunity available for a HRIS Analyst. This will be a remote based role.
POSITION OVERVIEW
HRIS Analyst will support cross-functional solution within the HR information system (HR, Recruitment, Performance, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits and Reporting/Analytics). This is a fast paced role which services as the first point of contact for employee changes and ad hoc reporting/queries for other business units within the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains and updates employee data for the HR information system.
- Manage the HR system and identify corrections, changes, upgrades as necessary
- Perform audits at regular intervals to make sure all information is correct and up to date
- Develop reports for the organization to support HR operations or the company’s managing personnel
- Handles sensitive employment data with professionalism and discretion.
- Make recommendations for improving processes to continue to streamline company goals
- Test enhancements functionality with any system upgrades
- May perform other duties and work on special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor‘s degree or 3+ years of experience in an area of Human Resources
- 2+ years of HRIS and/ or complex reporting experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel required
- Comfortable working with digital files and technology required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees / management required
- Knowledge of state and federal laws required
- Knowledge of California laws preferred
- Paychex Flex knowledge preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred
