Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. Knowledge of facility maintenance. General maintenance duties such as plumbing, grounds work, light carpentry, able to use hand tools, assistance with campus moves and able to lift over 50 lbs. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. As needed, performs lawn care and snow removal services to campus grounds.
