Blue Marble Productions, Inc. is a world-class developer, processor, and co-packer of branded and private label alcohol and non-alcohol-based products for the beverage industry.

  • We operate on a 2-2-3 work schedule, which means candidates must be available to work every-other-weekend.
  • Day Shift works 6:00 am to 6:30 pm - $20.00/hour
  • Night Shift works 6:00 pm to 6:30 am - $21.00/hour

The Blender Operator sets up, mixes or blends ingredients less than 1000 lbs. used in the manufacturing of products and ensures, quality output and sanitation in a consistent, efficient, and safe manner.

  • Prepares and stages ingredients
  • Under the guidance of the Blender Specialist, selects, measures or weighs ingredients using English or metric measures and balance scales
  • Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that mixes, blends, or processes ingredients according to formulas or recipes
  • Under the guidance of the Blender Specialist, follow recipes to produce products of specified flavor
  • Document batch data with accuracy and legibility
  • Clean and sterilize blender, utensils, and factory processing areas
  • Ensures equipment is running to efficiency standards while producing quality product in a safe, sanitary, cost-effective, and efficient manner
  • Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the area worked
  • Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed, especially with a focus on adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
  • Consistently meet production needs and goals while making efforts to minimize product shrink and downtime.
  • Utilizes all food safety and food security guidelines, including Safe Quality Foods (SQF) good manufacturing practices and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

Position Requirements


  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • 1-2 years’ experience with blending or batching and running and troubleshooting similar machinery preferred
  • Must be able to do simple mathematics
  • Must have great attention to detail, essential problem-solving methods and initiative
  • Must have the ability to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Must have the ability to perform assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision\Must have the ability to receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors/managers and other members of leadership
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • Must be able to read, recognize and speak the English language
  • Must be able to work overtime when needed

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to lift up to 50 pounds depending on job task
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to operate carts, dollies, and hand trucks of up to 100 lbs.
  • Must be able to climb and descend stairs safely, with or without reasonable accommodation, and work on a secure mezzanine or ladder at a height of up to 25 feet
  • Must be able to work in cool conditions in the winter and warm conditions in the summer
