REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Current WA State medical licensure
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Knowledge and competence in family medicine, minor orthopedics and minor surgical procedures
- Ability to work successfully with other health care professionals, patients and community
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player
- Knowledge of cultural sensitivity issues and ability to work with entire patient population
- Ability to handle conflict and crisis in a professional manner
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Professional manner and appearance in all work activities
- Documentation of maintenance of CME requirements
OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience working within a Native American or Tribal health care system
- Working knowledge of cultural sensitivity issues involved in tribal health care
- Familiarity with RPMS data systems
- Ability to work flexible hours and provide cross-overage for other providers if needed
SUPERVISION All duties will be performed under the direction of the Medical Director, or Her Designee.
