SUMMARY
Under the direction of Vice President of Sales, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will possess a thorough knowledge of principles and practices of office management and will perform a wide range of sales, marketing and office support to facilitate the efficient operation of the department. The incumbent will exercise considerable latitude and discretion of action, using good judgment when carrying out assignments which may be sensitive and express a confidential nature.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- SALES AND ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Process orders (issue Pick Tickets) for Work Center including Kitchen and ERC. Ensure processes are being followed from start to finish.
2. Track Proformas and contracts
3. Process form submittals including but not limited to: check requests, action forms, applications and reimbursement forms.
4. Reconcile P-Card monthly.
5. Set-up and maintain customer files, digital and hard copies.
6. Welcome walk-in customers and schedule initial meetings if needed.
7. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts as needed.
8. Coordinates with Operations Team and Business Office on signed contracts.
9. Maintain and order department materials and supplies, ensure team members have all packets and/or collateral when needed or requested.
10. Support customer service activities, inquiries and customer retention.
11. Maintain Vice President’s calendar, travel arrangements, expense reports.
12. Assist/conduct customer site tours.
13. Assist in setup and attendance of trade shows, events planning.
14. Maintain all memberships to outside organization
15. Book all training and travel accommodations for team members.
16. Book and arrange meetings and venues for sales department.
17. Prepare memos and letters as needed.
18. Handle all office mail, incoming/outgoing.
19. Coordinate with IT and Facilities Departments for all department service related needs.
20. Prioritize and complete various tasks assigned by all team members.
21. Performs other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- MARKETING
1. Contribute ideas and design artwork using a wide range of media (i.e. photography and computer aided design). 2. Concepting, designing, copywriting, editing and proofing of marketing materials for Business Lines the Sales Team is responsible for: P&A, Dessie’s Table, Printing & Mailing, Rag Reclamation
3. Manage and update Dessie’s Table Instagram and website.
4. Work with the Marketing Team on press releases, marketing campaigns and media alerts for Dessie’s Table and other Business Services.
5. Performs other marketing duties as assigned.
