Position Overnight Team Lead - Luxury Hotel  
Description

As a Team Lead, you are most responsible for cleanliness in the eyes of our customer. High-dusting and shiny floors are critical, but the way to acheive success is by recruiting a great team and training them to think like leaders. This position is about helping your team understand they can think for themselves and driving them to succeed.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Owned Areas: Customer Relationship, Recruiting, Cleanliness, Team Culture.

- Core skills - common area janitorial, kitchen cleaning, carpet restoration, strip and wax, marble restoration.

- Recruit, train, inspect, coach, document, and fill in for top team members.

- Manage schedule and time clock.

- Optimize zoning for your property(s) (no overlap).

- Weekly Update Call.

- Weekly Inspection.

- Payroll Prep.

- Gemba inspections, approve hours, time clock corrections, document violations & closing notes.

- Bond with other managers, get them what they need so that they can help you grow.

-Solve problems, purchase solutions & fix equipment.

Position Requirements

- Experience managing teams.

- Flexible schedule.

- Significant walking or other means of mobility.

- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.

- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) -Coachable.

- Attention to detail & passion for providing excellence.

- Independant preformer that understands the culture is more important than any single team member.

- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

- Clean and well groomed appearance.
