Share Email Opening Title Sales Coordinator  About the Organization   Category Sales and Marketing   Description JOB PURPOSE: The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Vice President of Sales & Operations Integration to support the Sales Team and the Leaders & Consultants, managing projects, successful communication in emails, texts and social media, inspiring and empowering our consultants to achieve their goals. Successful candidates will be driven to make a difference in the lives of those they come in contact with by being self-motivated, resourceful, experience in social media, collaborative, and excellent in field facing activities. PRIMARY JOB TASK/REPSONSIBILITIES: Protect company Mission, Core Values & Brand through creating communication as well as monitoring and providing feedback to consultants Partner cooperatively with the VP of Sales & Operations Integration to provide timely and effective decisions, communication, action plans and achieve deadlines across all departments. Develops excellent relationships and collaborates with all the departments within the company Devise and implement strategies in creation of Communications within the Sales Team and Independent Consultants & Leaders Oversees all new materials and products are delivered to the Sales Team and Independent Consultants & Leaders Achieves completion of assigned tasks in with the highest of quality and within predetermined deadlines Successful ownership and completion of projects, project management, tracking and summarization Support the following Sales Departments: Training, Events, Incentives, Consultant Care and Compliance by creating timely and accurate internal communication to engage and inform our associates. Support as needed with the Regional Sales Managers, VPs and CSO Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the Sales Team in accomplishing company goals Develops field facing activities with Social Media by monitoring, analyzing and interacting online, as well as making Email Communication decisions in wording and format Influence, motivate, communicate and generate results through communication to others Other duties as assigned or requested CORE COMPETENCIES: Excellent decision making abilities, communication and writing skills at professional level Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to audiences of various levels within and external to the company Ability to manage and own multiple projects at once Excellent organizational and administrative skills Strategic & critical thinker – seeing big picture, think ahead, anticipate and act accordingly with decisions and direction Service oriented with a positive mindset and attitude Superb organizational skills and calendar management Work independently and exercise sound judgment to carry out project-oriented tasks and make decisions Lead Sales & Marketing communications and social media   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Sales Support Experience in Party Plan or similar Direct Selling company preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Xcel, PowerPoint Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills Located in Dallas/Fort Worth area to work within the Coppell, TX office Flexible availability for off hour needs and extended hours as required Ability to travel as required to Conference and other required meetings   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Sales Coordinator   Close Date   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Open Date 10/5/2021   Location Coppell, TX   EOE Statement Norwex offers a competitive salary with bonus potential.
