Innovative patient-centered medical office with new First Responder's Program seeking clinical therapists with crisis and trauma experience. Attend daily and/or weekly staffing meetings per schedule. Facilitate individual and/or group counseling services. Provide and score assessment screening tools when needed. Evaluate and diagnose patients according to the DSM V criteria. Develop appropriate treatment goals with clients and work collaboratively to accomplish treatment goals. Document the assessment of patient progress/regress and interventions provided in the medical record on an ongoing basis. Recognize, respond to and assist in psychiatric crises and provide the intervention(s) necessary. Respond and assist in medical emergency situations as directed and needed. Communicate effectively with patient, staff, and physician/coordinate care according to the patient's needs.   Position Requirements NJ LSW, LCSW preferred. At least 3+ years of clinical experience and trauma are strongly preferred. Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and community resources. Ability to be a team player and collaborate with others under the direction of the Medical Director. Excellent time management skills; organized and able to prioritize. Able to organize and manage files, schedules, dates, and information. Self-directed and self-motivated. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), as well as other software programs such as Electronic Medical Records, is a plus.
