Salary range: $42,840 - $51,000 annually

What You Will be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing necessary support and training to all staff utilizing the electronic health record systems.

Primary Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop high-quality training materials for end users and other customers that Quality is responsible for serving.
  • Provide ongoing education and training to staff utilizing appropriate software applications.
  • Assists the IT Department in developing and implementing EHR related workflows, optimizations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Proactively communicates any changes the electronic health record system to all staff utilizing the system that will be potentially impacted.
  • Manages questions and issues reported by staff via our internal ticketing application.
  • Works directly with health record vendors and other Boundless consultants to address issues and get timely fixes implemented in the system.
  • Maintains a comprehensive understanding of Boundless operational procedures, billing, and documentation rules or regulations.
 
Position Requirements

Minimum Education/Qualifications

  • 2-4 years' relevant professional work experience.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate to all levels of the organization, including interpreting technical concerns for non-technical individuals.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the self-motivation to improve skills and abilities.
  • Should be willing to develop an understanding of IAB business in behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Preferred Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Good time and task management skills.
  • Experience health-related applications (electronic health records).
  • Experience with the healthcare industry, especially clinical, behavioral health, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  • Develops presentations to present to a broad audience.
  • Communicates timely and effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Prioritizes work based on the needs of the business and in accordance with and alignment with company strategy.
  • Practices and adheres to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement of the organization.
