What You’ll Do
As a Web Developer, you will play an important role in building and enhancing our end user applications. You will work with a team of highly skilled and very motivated professionals obsessed with frequently delivering elegant and powerful software solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop high performance, mobile responsive user interface elements based on UX designs and wireframes.
- Work as part of a passionate modern cross-site development team to deliver engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with product management, designers, and other team members to create robust functionality that delight users with simplicity, consistency, and elegance.
- Work with quality engineers to identify test cases and devise efficient, scalable testing processes.
- Engage in all phases of application development, providing technical insight and expertise to ensure high quality enhancements are delivered frequently.
- Stay current with emerging technology and development best practices and share your findings with the team.
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to continuously increase the team's productivity and efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years hands on experience developing mobile responsive web applications using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and consuming RESTful web services.
- Recent experience working on a cross-functional team using modern development processes and delivering working software frequently.
- Strong, professional experience with modern client side frameworks. Angular 2+ or Vue.js preferred, others (React, etc) considered.
- Strong background in web browser optimization techniques and browser compatibility testing.
- Modest experience with full stack development utilizing one or more OO platforms such as Java, Python, or C#.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience working with remote teams.
