We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who enjoys good pay, great people and a whole lot of fun!  This position is located in Downtown Denver, Colorado.



Top Priorities:

  1. Prepares, proofreads, and edits various types of documents, presentation materials and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proposal preparation experience is a plus.
  2. Support internal clients with administrative functions by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and other events.
  3. Serves as the central point of contact for employees, clients and vendors.
  4. Coordinate travel for employees and guests.
  5. Prepares expense reports and invoices; manages ordering, inventory and replacement of supplies and office equipment.
  6. Provide general office support including welcoming guests, answering general phone line, running errands, etc.
  7. Maintain kitchens (clean, load/empty dishwasher, replenish supplies).
  8. Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  1. Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  2. 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience.
  3. Excellent communication and customer relation skills
  4. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects.
  5. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
