Come join our team!   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Number of Openings 1   Description Blue Marble Productions, Inc. is a world-class developer, processor, and co-packer of branded and private label alcohol and non-alcohol-based products for the beverage industry. The Production Data Entry Processor is responsible for the collection, entry, and reporting of manufacturing records and inventory management functions that will be critical in the decision making of Blue Marble Production’s operation. Works closely with the Production Supervisors to understand the daily operation Analyzes, reports, updates, validates, and corrects production data using SAP, including usage transactions, production process errors, and quantity transactions to support manufacturing efficiency Collects reports containing information related to production records of FG products, raw and packaging material Work with production management for addressing errors and process failures Generates weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information or areas to be improved upon Files and organizes paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents Designs and prepares decks of KPI’s according with management needs. Ensure proper updates of required software and train new employees as needed on company processes Follows privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the area worked Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed, especially with a focus on adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) Utilizes all food safety and food security guidelines, including Safe Quality Foods (SQF) good manufacturing practices and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points Other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager   Position Production Data Processor   Position Requirements Job Requirements: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Must be 21 years of age 1-2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Must be well versed in Microsoft Office and SAP Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills Must be able to do simple mathematics Must be highly organized Must have great attention to detail, essential problem-solving methods and initiative Must have the ability to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards and guidelines Must have the ability to perform assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision Must have the ability to receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors/managers and other members of leadership Must have the ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes Must be able to read, recognize and speak the English language Must be able to work overtime when needed Working Conditions: Job is primarily adminstrative, but must be willing to spend time on the Production Floor Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours, and be able to sometimes push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Must be able to use hands and fingers to control equipment for forms of communication by grasping, reaching, and using finger dexterity Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to lift up to 50 pounds depending on job task Must be able to work in cool conditions in the winter and warm conditions in the summer   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
