Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday) starting at 7am Pay Scale: Starting pay and pay increases are based on experience and additional requirements as determined by the manager. Starting pay - $13/hour 30 Day Review - potential $1 pay increase ($14/hour) 90 Day Review - potential $1 pay increase ($15/hour) You will learn the following: How to build and frame interior and exterior doors The proper use of hand and power tools, including nail guns, saws, drills, and other tools required Gain hands-on experience while familiarzing yourself with the different types of materials and trim used in door manufacturing Because this is an entry level position, we will train you! To succeed at this job, you will need: A strong work ethic and positive attitude A team player with excellent communication skills To show up to work on time every day To maintain a clean and safe work environment and observe all safety rules posted Qualifications: Ability to use a nail gun is preferred, but not required Must be able to work in a team environment Ability to read and use a tape measure A valid driver's license and reliable transportation To be able to pass a drug and background test Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50-75lbs repetitively all day Ability to work in an uncontrolled environment (hot in the summers, cold in the winters) Benefits: Life, Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid Vacation & Holidays 401-K with company match   Salary $12-$14 per hour based on experience   Benefits Life, Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance; Paid Vacation & Holidays after 90 days; 401K with company match   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
