Easterseals UCP (ESUCP) has an immediate need for a full-time ABA Training Coordinator. The ABA Training Coordinator develops and executes high-impact training to new technicians pursuing the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. This instrumental role will join a dynamic group of ABA/Autism professionals whose single goal is to help change lives!

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Partner with clinical and leadership to develop both initial and continuous training programs for technicians.
  • Deliver high quality, high impact, and engaging training that set new hires and current staff up for success.
  • Ensures technicians complete the new hire training curriculum and obtains their RBT certification promptly.
  • Continually evaluate and modify training materials to maximize success and ensure that training fully represents the Easterseals’ mission and culture.
  • Complete initial RBT competency assessment for technicians.
  • Assist in the development of key performance metrics to measure the success of the training programs.
  • Utilize key performance metrics to track new hires and ongoing training performance.
  • Oversee training performance of new technicians, provide specific feedback and mentorship to new and current technicians.
  • Provides direct training and professional support to Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure quality service and a safe environment.
Position Requirements


  • BCaBA  certification
  • Three or more years of professional experience in the ABA field working with Autistic individuals.
  • Two or more years of supervisory management experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance and privacy measures.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience using EHR systems.
  • Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.
  • Have a valid Driver’s license, good driving record, and insurability is required.
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, including clarity and articulation of thoughts, appropriate grammar, style, form, and punctuation.
