Summary of Position
We are a rapidly growing national security and surveillance provider looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill an immediate opening in our Forensic Review Department. Our ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking in a business casual, fast-paced environment, works well with others, and can work well without supervision. They possess strong customer service skills, has experience with video editing, and has a strong attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities
Reviewing and Editing Event Footage
- Review, interpret, and resolve video surveillance footage for reported incidents, including criminal & nuisance activity.
- Write summary with explanation of reported incidents- may include car details, description of individuals or time of activity.
- Compile video footage into a completed product for clients and law enforcement.
- Communicate with clients and law enforcement, written and verbal.
- Interdepartmental collaboration and problem solving.
Job Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Criminal Justice preferred.
- Schedule may include weekends.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical/critical thinking skills are a must.
- Basic knowledge of video and photo editing software, preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Google products.
- Proven great customer service experience.
- Phone and email communication are required
