Position Summary:

This position is responsible for conducting reviews and analysis of customer’s cash related transactions in the Entertainment Center system and is in Compliance with all applicable FinCEN Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) guidance and requirements.



Essential Functions:

  • Actively contribute to department performance with accuracy, confidentiality, and knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Obtain reports and assist with audits designed to aggregate cash transactions for filling CTRs.
  • Assist with researching AML data analytics and compiling reports.
  • Serves as a resource for Operations in addressing compliance issues.
  • Issues, tracks, and conducts follow-up on Compliance exception reports.
  • Assist with researching patron gaming activity and maintaining records.
  • Completes daily and monthly Title 31 Compliance audits, and summarizes findings as needed.
  • Responsible for collecting and record keeping of Suspicious Incident Reports, in addition to investigating suspicious activity.
  • Verifies transactions are entered in the electronic MTL Reporting system.
  • Coordinates and maintenance records of all Title 31 trainings, to include in person training to all levels of staff.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a highly organized manner.
  • Comprehension of internal AML software/systems.
  • Perform other related duties as required and keep engaged in department activities.


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Adobe DC, Power Point, and Word.
  • Problem solving/analysis.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong Organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Detail oriented; high integrity, and quality driven.
  • Aptitude for problem solving.
Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Preferred experience in Title 31 knowledge.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience working in an audit environment.
  • Ability to work in team-oriented setting.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management, as needed.


Working Environment and Conditions:

Performs duties in a well-lighted, ventilated and temperature-controlled office environment with noise level of quiet to moderate. Occasional exposure to a smoke-filled, noisy environment with flashing lights.
