The Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing outpatient behavioral health services, including diagnostic assessments, counseling and case management to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Services will be provided via telehealth, on an individual, group, or family basis. Services must be provided following policies and procedures and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Options include: 4 days, 10 hours shifts 5 days, 8 hours shifts Weekend shifts Full-time or Part-time Position Type/Expected Hours of Work  This position will have a hybrid work from the home schedule that includes working from the Worthington campus on select days of the week. This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.   Position Requirements Required Education/Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work or related field. Licensed through the State of Ohio as an LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC. Preferred Education/Qualifications One to two (1-5) years of experience in a behavioral health care setting, working directly with clients. Experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. Experience working with people with mental health conditions. The prerequisite for this position is candidates either need to be fully vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated.
