Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program is committed to supporting individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities by teaching skills that help each individual live a fulfilling and productive life. Our ever-growing Applied Behavior Analysis Program has immediate opportunities for ABA Therapists to join their team servicing Raleigh/Durham/Cary (Triangle Area). Mon-Fri between 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. (Potential morning hours will be assigned if available).
As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with clients between the ages of 3-20 years old in their homes, community, and/or in our clinics. Under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, you will learn how to effectively teach individuals how to communicate, play, take care of themselves, and interact with others. This position requires strong play skills, creativity, attention to detail, appreciation for small successes, the ability to multitask, and a passion for bringing out the best in others. Receive all necessary on-the-job training to obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and ongoing mentorship to ensure continuous growth in this position. Positions start as part-time with opportunities for full-time after demonstrating proficiency in the position and alignment with the agency's core culture and values.
