Reporting to an Assistant Director in OAPS, this position provides oversight and supervision to protective service workers delivering protective services to older adults who need them, including the receipt and investigation of reports and the necessary actions arising from investigations. This position involves administrative and clinical supervision of protective service workers including hiring, onboarding, training, providing guidance and support, and adhering to performance accountability procedures for staff. Includes participation in a 24-hour coverage system, the development and maintenance of relationships with other service delivery systems, community education activities, and consumer advocacy.   Position Requirements MSW with three years of direct aging casework experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. One-year supervisory experience preferably in a human services agency required.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
