The Creative Services Manager is responsible for leading and executing creative solutions from concept to completion for initiatives spanning all departments within the credit union. The Creative Services Manager will be responsible for providing design direction across the marketing team, managing marketing team workload, and presenting concepts and obtaining input from executive leadership/C-Suite on high-profile initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining the brand identity of the organization and ensuring all designs consistently drive the Blue brand. This position will work closely with the marketing team and partner agencies to develop external and internal marketing strategies and independently manage them through to completion. This position also focuses on: Creates, plans and oversees credit union-wide creative marketing strategy and tactics Determines, controls, and approves all work completed by the creative department Collaborates with marketing team members and across other departments as needed, to set project deadlines and content goals Heads brand campaigns in coordination with brand agency, including submitting ideas for projects and overseeing development of creative content Recruits and trains team leads and managers Presents project details, deadlines and budgets, to executives and internal teams Oversees the creative budget Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control Compensation: $56,755 - $85,132     Position Requirements EXPERIENCE: Five to eight years of similar or related experience in graphic design, including preparatory experience. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: A college degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: The ability to motivate or influence internal or external senior level professionals is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust. Obtaining cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, senior level dialogues, as well as a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position.
