Description

We are looking for a People and Experience Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will champion Atria’s culture of authenticity and personal relationships within our home offices by designing and delivering employee initiatives that attract, advance and retain exceptional people. Under the leadership of the Head of People, and VP of HR, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization as an internal ambassador for our culture and core values, and execute programs that cultivate genuine connections, feelings of excitement, and a strong sense of belonging for all employees.

  • Cadaret Grant - Syracuse, NY
  • CUSO Financial - San Diego, CA
  • NEXT Financial - Houston, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own & drive employee experience and engagement by coordinating and executing all culture initiatives, company events and programs across cities and time-zones, including in-person and virtual company events, recognition programs, anniversary celebrations, social events, and other culture related activities.
  • Solicit input from employees and leaders; partner with external vendors; facilitate communications with employees; track and manage the budget.
  • Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of culture programs and events and provide recommendations to improve future strategies.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the new hire experience, with consideration for onboarding needs by department within the company. Work collaboratively with managers for coordination and successful implementation.
  • Organize company-wide engagement surveys and generate reports as it relates to employee experience and recognition to improve continuously and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to brand within target talent pools and increase interest from relevant candidates
  • Support company wellness and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to increase awareness and enrich employee’s work experience
  • Work closely with VP of HR to design & implement Training & Development programs that grow and mentor employees (e.g. managers, supervisors, new hires and newly promoted)

Position Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • 2+ years related HR and or marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to execute on projects, managing timelines, resources, expectations and deliverables.
  • Proficiency with Social Media platforms, as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of team.
