Rate Range: $15.00 to $16.00 hour. Based on your education, experience, and credentials

Available Work Schedules (Full-Time)

First Shift:

  • Thursday-Sunday: 7:30am-3:30pm (32 hours)

Second Shift:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:30pm-11:30pm (32 hours)
  • Saturday-Wednesday: 3:30pm-11:30pm
  • Thursday-Monday: 3:30pm-11:30pm
  • Wednesday-Sunday: 3:30pm-11:30pm

What You Will be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be implementing behavioral health and educational services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders and intellectual disabilities in either a 1:1, 1:2 or small and large group sessions. They will be receiving supervision and training from behavior analytic and mental health supervisors through direct observation and team meetings. This is a Full-Time, Year Round, Hourly position.

 
Position Requirements

Required Education/Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age 
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Three-year experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals and experience implementing ABA or college degree in related field 
  • Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing

Required Licensure/Certification

  • Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant (training will be provided if not already certified)
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance, insurable driving record (five points or fewer)

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must be detail oriented and have competent literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities
  • Must be able to use tools and equipment as required – including pushing/pulling wheelchairs, lifting consumers with hoyer lifts 
  • Experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities
  • Experience working with people with behavioral health conditions
