The company has continually grown to a point where we currently serve more than 600 individuals, and employ more than 1000 people across the state. Skill Creations is a human services agency that operates three service divisions. The ICF Division provides specialized long-term residential care to 191 individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in 15 different towns in North Carolina. The Community Operations Division provides residential and non-residential services to persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in their home community. The Child Development Division, with two locations in Goldsboro, provides high quality child care and preschool for children ages birth - 5 years. One center also offers after school care through age 12.   Description Pay range is $14-$15 per hour, depending on education and experience Available Positions: Lead Preschool Teacher at Creative Academy *A comprehensive insurance package including major medical, dental, vision, prescription and life insurances, along with 401-k retirement, medical flexible spending accounts, and paid time off is available for all Full-Time employees. Our center is looking for a DEPENDABLE, CARING, PATIENT and DEVOTED preschool lead teacher. This time in a child's life is very important and they need consistency, love, support and positive guidance to build their social, cognitive, physical and language skills. An employee in this position shall plan and implement weekly lessons, carry out daily routines and activities, monitor and implement IEP goals, monitor and supervise children, provide a nurturing and safe learning environment, meet the needs of each individual child.   Position Requirements DCDEE Criminal Background Check TB Skin Test Medical Report signed by a physician Full COVID-19 Vaccination is required Educational Requirements: Associates Degree in Early Childhood OR' Associates Degree in any field with 12 semester hours in Early Childhood coursework.
