Job Summary:

Seeking self-motivated, driven, candidates who have interest and experience in both customer service and technical industries. The work environment offered is both remote and on location. Teamwork and individuality are praised when approached with a driven mentality seeking wholistic best interests. Relational interactions are highly valued, as well as, communication skills, time management, and forward thinking.

This opportunity requires a medium/high percentage of travel, mostly Mondays Fridays. Remote work is a benefit to non-travel time periods. Client base is in both clinic and hospital settings. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required.

  • Stay up-to-date with new software updates

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • College degree preferred or relevant job experience
  • 2+years of software implementation and/or support service experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare-based applications
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving, collaborative environment

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, networking topologies, and PC/Server hardware
