Easterseals UCP (ESUCP) is hiring for a full-time Jr. Sourcer/Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This instrumental role will involve a wide range of staffing functions including candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, scheduling, etc. Seeking a highly organized candidate with keen attention to detail and perfectionist tendencies. This opportunity is 100% remote with intermittent travel to our Raleigh headquarters.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Partners with the hiring manager to determine staffing needs
  • Work with management in assigned service levels, or cost centers to attract, source, prescreen qualified candidates to fill career opportunities using cost-effective techniques
  • Review applications and aid to schedule interviews to obtain information regarding the applicant's work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
  • Create and coordinate job advertising in various media. Attend job fairs and develop and maintain contacts with colleges, universities, alumni groups, and other organizations to identify potential applicants. 
  • Manages current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist HRIS in reporting and analytics
  •  Develops and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external sources and improving the employer brand outside the organization within the community
Position Requirements


  • Minimum of 1-year related experience; previous recruiting experience in professional services or large corporate environment preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-pasted, multi-tasking environment
  • Strong competency in core professional skills, especially: attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, and initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills are necessary to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Behavioral Health or Healthcare background highly preferred.
  • Bilingual is a plus!
