Graphics Specialist  


Job Summary:

The Graphics Specialist is responsible for coordinating and assisting with the communication and marketing activities in all lines of business for the National Board for Certified Counselors, and Affiliates (NBCC), which include social media, print design, direct mailing, web design, PowerPoint design, occasional video editing, and conference collateral in accordance with NBCC processes and procedures.


  • Assists with implementing strategies and tactics outlined in the strategic marketing plan.
  • Serves as the graphics liaison for the Center for Credentialing & Education.
  • Assists in the development of graphics for marketing for all affiliates.
  • Cross-trained in NBCC, TPC, and NBCCF branding.
  • Assists in creating internal flyers and form updates.
  • Creates external flyers, brochures, swag, etc.
  • Assists with researching, ordering and packing items for conferences.
  • Engages in research for advertising development. Seeks out professional blogs and other advertising venues to promote our brand.
  • Supports creative brainstorming for creative visual marketing campaigns.
  • Maintains an inventory of CCE marketing collateral.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • 2-4 years marketing, graphic design, media, and public relations experience.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
