Seeking to hire a Per Diem Clinician for COPE Department

Job summary

  • Working with children, families, and adults on their personal treatment goals in order to help create a sense of stability and overall healthy functioning
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions and assessments to help individuals achieve their treatment goals
  • Around the clock supervision, as individual and group supervision are provided weekly, as well as having an on-call supervisor available by phone
  • Ability to have a diverse caseload of ages and clinical presentations to be able to expand one’s clinical knowledge and experience
  • Expected to take a minimum of 5-10 cases


  • Flexibility to create your own schedule, including setting consistent weekly appointments
  • Opportunity to obtain clinical hours towards LCSW and LAC licensure
  • Access to a clinical supervisor for those looking to work towards full licensure (LPC/LCSW)
  • Provide access to clinical trainings to help expand professional experience and obtain CEU’s


  • Master’s degree in a Behavioral Health Discipline from an accredited college or university
  • 1+ years of clinical experience or mental health field
  • Provisional/Professional Licensure to practice counseling/clinical social work (LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Be able to provide, at least, 5 per diem hours per week
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable under Agency’s automobile insurance policy
