Share Email Opening Title Full Time Temporary Executive Assistant  Category Administration   Description Bonnie Brae, a Special Education School and Residential Treatment Facility for at risk youth is currently seeking a Full Time Temporary Executive Assistant. The Full Time Temporary Executive Assistant supports the Chief Executive Officer and works directly with Board members, donors and other stakeholders. This position handles sensitive information, maintains confidentiality and follows HIPPA regulations. Other responsibilities include scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, filing, scanning, electronic file management, switchboard, supply ordering, and performing other related duties as assigned. The assignment will run from mid-October 2021 to mid-January 2022. Candidate will possess the following: Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a professional attitude in person and on the phone. Proficiency in general office skills and ability to operate standard office equipment. Candidate must provide proof of full vaccination for COVID-19.
