ROLE SUMMARY
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets, as well as the general day-to-day matters for their assigned store. The Store Manager should support and motivate employees to perform at their highest while staying in compliance with the DOH and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures. You will communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to implement and maintain store goals, protocols, policies and procedures in accordance with company standards, maximize the SEE philosophy (Speed, Efficiency, Empathy) and maintaining the “yes” mentality.

 
Position Requirements

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients
• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and attract new customers
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual sales reviews and provide suggestions for improvement to the Area Manager
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, such as revenues, expenses and competition
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable • Review, maintain and update all departmental SOP’s and assure that any changes are communicated to employees and the most recent SOP versions are available
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Coach and support new and existing Patient Consultants
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning, handle complaints from patients
• Research emerging products and use information to update the store’s merchandise
• Schedule and analyze employee work times to ensure the store has adequate coverage daily
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, four years related experiences and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
• Must have prior cash handling experience
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
• Able to communicate in conversational English in order to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, laptop), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures
• Ability to respectfully and politely interact with customers and team members
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
• Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
• Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
• Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
WORK SCHEDULE
45+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.
