Part-Time Office Support - ACD 

Description
  • Serves as first line of contact for ACD program at the campus, responding to inquiries in person and via the phone, assisting visitors and prospective students with general questions and the enrollment process.
  • Provides daily support to ACD Coordinators/Instructors and the ACD Program to include, managing class status reports, monitor ACD bookstore process and provide requested data and program information to ACD Administration as needed.
  • Supports Adjunct Instructors in general office responsibilities to include composing written documents, maintain accurate records, performing data entry and managing the process of checking in & out keys for classrooms, assists with catalog production and creating course notebooks.
  • Assists with Campus Operations to include being a point of contact for emergency medical situations, issues visitor badges as needed and communicate with Campus Admin & Facilities Supervisor as required.
  • Supports the full-time programs on an as needed basis, as directed by Campus Administration.
 
Position Requirements
  • This position requires a minimum of one year's business experience with the following computer operations and applications knowledge:
    • MS Word - intermediate level of proficiency
    • MS Outlook - intermediate level proficiency
    • Excel - entry level familiarity with spreadsheet management preferred
    • Database - entry level familiarity (able to accomplish data entry and basic navigation through standard database.
    • Ability to conduct basic research utilizing internet search engine
  • Demonstrated proficiency, through a third-party assessment, in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision.
  • Monday thru Thursday, 4:00 - 8:00 pm .Hours not to exceed 19 per week.

Education High School diploma or equivalent is required.  
Salary Schedule Standard Rate Schedule for Non-Regular (Temporary, Adjunct,Substitute) and Regular-Part Time Employees  
Hiring Range $11/hour
