Admit new clients and facilitate the opening of new client cases including review of intake to ascertain relevant information, completion of initial ISP, admission memo, and other admission paperwork. Provide orientation to new clients including a review of the client handbook, a tour of the facility, introduction to staff and other residents, and assignment of a resident mentor. Coordinate all internal and external services for each family on caseload including educational, vocational, therapeutic, medical, and dental, and securing of TANF benefits.   Position Requirements BSW, MSW - Previous work with women, children, and families preferred. Valid driver’s license required and access to a fully insured vehicle. Ability and willingness to travel independently to local agency offices and other sites throughout Delaware County and Philadelphia for client sessions, meetings with internal and external personnel, training sessions, etc.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
