Responsible to serve as a Counselor/Case manager for In-School Counselors program and provide clinical/case management services to assigned students as per program guidelines. Assess clients' needs as they relate to available services. Provide individual counseling. Provide group counseling. Maintain regular contact with parent(s)/guardian(s) regarding clients' progress. Consult regularly with School Districts' staff regarding clients' goals and progress. Keep accurate case records. As requested, write and submit reports regarding clients' progress. Consult as necessary with referral representatives and adjunct professionals regarding clients' treatment and delivery of services. Provide other applicable and essential clinical and case management services. In conjunction with the staff of School Districts, facilitate program development. Attend staff meetings. Actively participates in individual supervision. Participate in ongoing professional development and enrichment.   Position Requirements PA LSW - Comfortable with building personal relationships and dedicated to helping others. Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Excellent interpersonal skills with students, families, colleagues, and community resources. Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficient written and spoken communication skills. Excellent time management skills; organized and able to prioritize. Able to organize and manage files, schedules, dates, and information.
