Essential Functions:

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for your assigned region including requisition posting and sourcing candidates.
  • Gathers hiring requirements from managers; modifies or develops job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions to assist in selecting the best candidate.
  • Creates job postings for applicant tracking system (Ascentis ),Cambridge Management, Inc's website, and other recruiting websites.
  • Coordinates full cycle recruitment process (screening through on-boarding) in collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • Schedule interviews for hiring teams
  • Manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback and ensure that candidates have a positive experience
  • Guide the interview process. Provide hiring managers with interview guides and training to ensure current interview best practices.
  • Planning, and participate in internal and external recruiting events
  • Multi-tasks all functions of recruiting with accuracy.
  • Develops creative sourcing strategies to generate a high-quality, diverse candidate pool.
  • Coaches hiring managers in use of Ascentis Recruiting Module.
  • Understands Ascentis database capabilities and creates custom and regular reports for HR team and others upon request.
  • Performs other duties in the Human Resource department as needed.

Position Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter in a high volume recruiting in house corporate environment (not staffing agency).
  • 1 year demonstrated experience in a Human Resources department preferred
  • Property Management experience a plus!
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert in building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS office and HR programs. Working knowledge of Ascentis a plus!
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a recruiting environment with flexibility to reset priorities as needed.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
