We are looking for a Platform Service Analyst to join our organization. In this role, you will provide technical support and advancement of the firm's technology. This position is responsible for supporting employees, house accounts, sales assistants, and clients (financial professionals) with all levels of information technology training.

In this position, you can work from the following home office location:

  • SCF Securities - Fresno, CA

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive general client support requests, research possible solutions, and escalate calls whennecessary to the appropriate departments.
  • Process bulk repapering for transitioning clients and support all aspects of new client onboarding.
  • Provide platform research and support for Business Development / recruiters.
  • Provide answers, support, and resolutions to inquiries from House Account clients.
  • Provide technical support for all technologies offered to our clients and employees.
  • Provide technical support for setting up clients' email addresses & Smarsh Archiving / Encryption.
  • Provide support & training for Kimberlite, Orion, Beacon, Cell Trust, DocStar, DocuSign, LaserApp,Wealthscape, NetX360, VEO One, & Schwab Advisor Center.
  • Handle all incoming correspondence regarding updates requested by clients for all technology. Mustprovide Accounting notification of subscription to or cancellation of paid services.
  • Accountable for decision making and problem solving as it relates to technology & general clientsupport.
  • Assist with clean-up of all databases researching unfunded accounts, abandoned property, andclosed accounts with balances.
  • Provide management with statistics on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis, or as needed.
  • Provide weekly status reports to the management team.
  • Provide support for various Help Desk projects, including address updates, documentation andimplementation of various enhancements, changes.
  • Develop and update user manuals to reflect changes in software and programs.
  • Continuously monitor technologies and standards and be able to research, recommend, and applynew technologies as they emerge.
  • Provide recommendations for vendor solutions based on research.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational & relationship management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong PC and Internet skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows, Windows NT and Excel.
