RealTruck is a dynamic e-commerce company. We are a leading retailer of aftermarket automotive accessories. Our Customer Specialist Team is growing to ensure that we continue to lead the industry in our professional level of service that we provide to each customer.
The Customer Service Specialist will interact with customers to answer general inquiries, track shipments, provide installation support, and process returns via email, chat, service tickets and phone.
Respond to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, taking customer support and service to the next level, by facilitating all aspects of customer interaction with grace and a well-paced flare.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying and clearly understanding the customer's need.
Anticipate, identify, and proactively respond to customers in order to determine the root cause of the problem; makes expedited corrections or adjustments as needed.
Suggest solutions when a product arrives damaged, malfunctions, has missing parts or shipment error.
Follows up to ensure resolution to customer needs and keeps customers informed by explaining best solution in solving individual issues.
Display the ability to multitask effectively by performing various concurrent duties by using multiple computer screens, web chats, and answering incoming calls.
Continuously improves skills, knowledge, and technical acumen in the Customer Service and Truck Accessory Industry
Ability to resolve conflict with ease and compassion.
Goal-driven, confident self-starter with a willingness to continually embrace professional development and a passion to excel.
Demonstrated proficiency with computers and technology.
Ability and desire to work in an office environment.
Availability to work an assigned schedule of Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday from the hours of 8am - 6pm.
Be able to type at least 45 wpm
