Our team is focused on Core Values - Connected, Inquisitive, Accountable, Authentic - that motivate us to do great work and Inspire Direct Results.   Description Our Opportunity DMW is in growth mode and looking for an A/P & Billing Associate (p/t) to work 3 days a week in our Chesterbrook, PA office.    What You'll Be Doing Responsible for A/P processing for both project costs and overhead (G&A) Prepares weekly check run and prepares bank upload file Assists in monthly billing process, including, but not limited to, verification of purchase orders, estimates, Statements of Work, contracts, vendor invoices, and preparation of client invoices Assist in Accounts Receivable functions including daily cash receipts posting, client A/R reports, and follow-up on open invoices Performs various account analyses as needed Assumes additional responsibilities as required   Position Requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years’ experience in Accounting or Finance Some knowledge and application of GAAP Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication (written and verbal) skills     EOE M/F/D/V DMW is not accepting unsolicited assistance from any search firms for this employment opportunity.
