These positions offer a flexible schedule, meeting with families in their home, and utilizing a successful evidence-based model in working with families. Work is completed in a team environment with opportunities for regular consultation and supervision. LMSWs working towards clinical licensure will receive clinical supervision free of charge. Current openings are in Overland Park, Topeka, Miami/Linn and Anderson counties. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Engaging client and families to meet their immediate needs based on a strengths model, including persistent outreach efforts. Monitor progress and adjust treatments plan as indicated. Address core issues within the family that contributed to referral. Collaborate on behalf of families with sponsoring, advisory and related service agencies. Participate in regular treatment team meetings and supervision. Other duties as designated.   Position Requirements Candidates must have a masters degree from an accredited school of social work and licensure through the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board as a LMSW or LSCSW. It highly preferred for candidates to have knowledge and experience with therapeutic techniques, child development and trauma-informed care. Candidate must be a self-starter and flexible to meet the changing needs of the families they serve.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
