Job Summary Lead the selection, planning and implementation of all automation initiatives Troubleshoots, repairs and improves efficiency of automation equipment. Creates and modifies PLC programs of robots and related equipment. Assists with the installation and run off of automation equipment. Performs industrial maintenance job functions as needed. Assists in creating and revising automation related working instructions as needed. Trains workers on new equipment. Assists in designing and fabrication of mechanical components/fixtures as needed.    Position Requirements Education, Skills and Experience: Associates degree in automated, electro-mechanical systems or industrial maintenance and a minimum of 4 years of specific work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Direct Experience Includes: Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic maintenance and repair. PLC programming and troubleshooting. Working with different robotic systems, electrical and vision control testing equipment preferably. CAD preferred (e.g. end of arm tool component design). Mechanical and electrical blueprint reading.
