Position Summary:

Reporting to the Brand Specialist Supervisor in support of Customer Service - The Brand Specialist will coordinate with all departments necessary to effectively maintain the Amazon account in all areas of interaction. Manage Vendor Central, monitor key metrics, coordinate all account communications, issues, and requests.

Essential / Major Elements of the Position:

  • Manage ERP and Vendor Central
  • Research and complete Andon cords, along with answering Amazon questions
  • Order coordination, including cancellations, ship windows and product availability within ERP and Vendor Central
  • Monitor and maintain Operational Performance, enlisting proper areas to assist in reaching and staying within goal
  • File cases for assistance and when issues surface
  • Research and dispute all chargebacks, utilizing differing departments as necessary to win
  • Monitor and maintain Vendor Agreements and policies, ensure company is aware of any updates or changes

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Necessary to Successfully Perform this Position:

  • Efficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Must have the ability to display information in a table format and sorting data
  • Clear understanding of order management
  • Experience working on Amazon (Vendor Central) or other key marketplace customers with knowledge of best practices, strategies, and tools
  • Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and be able in work in fast-paced environment that constantly changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills

Position Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years’ or equivalent within the EComm or retail environment with a web platform experience
  • High level of EComm account coordination
  • Strong knowledge in PC applications: Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Power Point
