As Valor's Internal Communication Specialist, you will develop and execute communications that engage and inform our team of global Customer Care professionals. Using multiple communication vehicles, you will share the many ways Valor cares about our people, whether it's through our benefits, training, support, compensation, or many other people programs. You will work closely with HR and Marketing to execute the strategic marketing plan, managing all aspects of the execution and ensuring timelines are met. You stay focused and flexible in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.


  • Plan, create, and edit content targeting employees, including but not limited to all-staff announcements, major hires and departures, company-wide initiatives, and new programs
  • Develop and execute creative internal marketing campaigns to promote employee engagement and increase readership
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across the company to align on communication goals, channel strategy, and messaging
  • Work with recruiting team to build assets to attract new employees and meet aggressive growth needs
  • Partner with the designer to develop complementary visuals for internal and external use, when appropriate
  • Create and distribute bi-monthly newsletters


  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content
  • 2+ years of professional experience - crafting narratives, telling stories either written or visual Experience turning complex information into engaging content across various channels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite
